Water is not complicated

You are probably fine. Here is the short version anyway.

The hydration industry would like you to believe this is hard. It is not.

Drink when you are thirsty. Drink more when it is hot, when you are training, when you have been drinking alcohol, or when you are at altitude. Your urine should be pale, not clear - clear all day usually means you are overdoing it, which is its own problem.

Electrolytes matter when you are sweating heavily for over an hour, or when it is genuinely hot. For a normal day at a desk they are an expensive flavour.

The one habit worth building: a glass of water before coffee, not after. Most people wake up mildly dehydrated and then reach for a diuretic. Reversing that order costs nothing.

That is it. That is the whole thing.
